Welcome to Replay the Past.

This page is here to document my attempt at acquiring and playing through the entire 680 game catalog for the original Nintendo Entertainment System.

As this project expands (and I learn and become comfortable with all the controls) I will be live streaming to Twitch, posting videos on YouTube, and writing reviews on the website, replaythepast.games.

One of the biggest events in my childhood and what may have saved the video game industry was the introduction of the NES. Simply look at the video game industry now, and you will see jobs, art, events, and so much more that branched from one small, former playing card company back in the mid 80s that took a tremendous risk stepping foot on to a ship that had nearly sunk.

Decades later, video games or a corner stone of popular culture and a multi billion dollar industry. I want to pay homage to that little company and the risk they took.
